Nice place with awesome food for a fair price and a chance to see a beautiful sunset. Sadly we didn't get to see it as it was cloudy and a cloud went in front of the sun just 15 minutes before it set... Anyway, the food was delicious and plenty. I recommend the platter for two people. The dessert was also delicious. Make sure to get a reservation if you want to get the best seats for the view.

Amazing view and food was great. We ordered sea food combo, which was accompanied by salad and chips. Both the portion and taste was great. The view from this restaurant is also unbeatable. Stuffs are very friendly too. Price was okay comparing to other restaurants in Zakynthos. The view and food deserves.

One of the best tavern in Zakynthos. It has an amazing view of the bay, the staff is responsive and very welcoming. If you visit the tavern during the summer months, it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance so you don't have to wait.

I’m a solo traveler and I had the most beautiful experience at Michalis Taverna watching the sunset. The tables are positioned in a way that most people can appreciate the view. I moved from table to table to fully experience the atmosphere and the staff were so lovely. When the lady realised I was traveling on my own she came and chatted with me providing a bit of company. It was a lovely gesture. The chicken souvlaki was delicious and the wine, just perfect as I sipped and took it all in.

Nice atmosphere, good food.Service a little slow with just 30-40% of tables occupied.Had the Shipwreck platter, all was very tasty, especially the grilled octopus.Plenty of parking, one person was guiding guest towards free spaces.Oh.. an the view ..

This is by far the most amazing spot to see the sunset. The view is breathtaking and the stuff is very nice and kind. We had a pizza speciale, very good.

Fantastic evening/night out. Decided to book a Greek night out and got a driver to bring us up here from Alikes. The venue has spectacular views across the water for sunset views. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I couldn't help myself and managed to squeeze in dessert. Some great music and the dancers were excellent and really got the place going. Very reasonable for food and drinks.
